You're in the right place if

"You're in your 40s or 50s. You're not broke, but you cannot get ahead. You don't know where to start, and you're on track to never retire at home. You've done the math and the numbers are impossibly large. Retiring at 65 or 75 feels like a consolation prize, or pipe dream. And retiring early abroad feels like something that only happens to people who already had money."

The real problems holding you back

You're not bad with money.
You were just never taught this.

You're spending 80โ€“90% of what you earn

Not because you're reckless. Because nobody ever showed you that your savings rate is literally the only number that determines how long you have to work. One number. You've been ignoring it.

Your biggest expenses are destroying your timeline

A $700/month car payment. A mortgage that eats 30% of your income. These two line items alone are costing you a decade of your life. Not metaphorically. Mathematically.

You think you need a million dollars to retire

You don't, not if you're willing to change where you live. Most people never run the geo-arbitrage numbers. When you do, the retirement number that seemed impossible suddenly isn't.

You've never calculated your actual "burn rate"

You know roughly what you earn. But do you know exactly what you spend each month, and what that number means for your retirement date? If not, you're flying blind in the most expensive airplane of your life.

You're waiting to feel "ready" to invest

Every month you wait costs you compounding you'll never recover. The fear of doing it wrong is costing you far more than doing it simply and doing it now.

You've written off early retirement as "not for people like me"

I was a public school teacher earning under $60K with zero savings and a 30k student loan at 30. If the math worked for me, it almost certainly works for you. You just haven't seen the math on moving abroad and geo-arbitrage yet.

Why listen to me

I didn't inherit money.
I did the math.

At 30, I had zero savings, a mountain of student debt, a line of credit maxed out, and a teaching salary that never hit six figures. I was doing Uber deliveries on my bicycle on weekends to avalanche my debts. My ex-girlfriend bumped into me mid-delivery and handed me a cash tip out of pity. I didn't care. I had a plan.

I was earning cash at a bar in the evenings, tutoring online after school hours, and doing gig work on weekends, not to look busy, but to shorten my countdown.

Every extra dollar went straight to debt, then straight to savings. I didn't wait till I was 50 or 60. I quit, sold everything and moved to Vietnam. Geo-arbitrage and living abroad cut my burn rate and multiplied my savings rate. I shrunk my burn rate. I cranked my savings rate to 80%.

By the time I was 33, I had gone from debt to completely debt-free in under 3 years. By 42, I was retired and living in Vietnam with a beautiful home, a wife and family, spending a fraction of what a modest life would cost back home. No pension. No inheritance. No million dollar portfolio.

I will teach you how to change all your retirement numbers. The same math I used to go from broke, working 3 jobs in Toronto, to retired early abroad in Vietnam.

The transformation

From trapped in the 9-to-5
to retired before 55

Where you are now

  • Spending 80โ€“90% of what you earn with little idea where it goes
  • No clear savings rate โ€” just "saving what's left"
  • Car payment and mortgage eating your retirement timeline alive
  • Thinking you need $1.5โ€“2M to retire โ€” a number that feels impossible
  • Vaguely investing but not sure what you own or why
  • Waiting for "the right time" to get serious about this
  • Retirement at 65 feels like the only realistic option
  • Never considered that living abroad could cut your number in half

After this course

  • You know your exact burn rate, savings rate, and what they mean for your retirement date
  • You've identified the 2โ€“3 changes that will move your date by years โ€” not months
  • You understand why your housing and car costs matter more than every other expense combined
  • Your retirement number is based on real math and it's probably half of what you thought
  • You have a simple, automated investment system you'll actually stick with
  • You know which countries to target, which visas work, and what it actually costs
  • You have a 10-year timeline with milestones: Years 1โ€“3, 4โ€“7, 8โ€“10
  • Early retirement abroad feels real. Urgent. Achievable. Because it is.

What's inside

9 lessons. 90 minutes.

This isn't a motivational talk. Every lesson has a specific money move at the end. By the time you finish, you'll have a working plan and my financial blueprint to follow, not a vague intention.

Reset Your Retirement Mindset

Forget 65. Retirement isn't an age, it's a savings rate. You'll calculate your net worth, determine your monthly burn rate, and figure out the only number that actually predicts when you can stop working. Most people have never done this. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.

How to Slash Your Burn Rate

Housing and transportation are the two biggest levers in your financial life, and almost nobody pulls them. Learn house hacking, geo-arbitrage within your own city, the true cost of a car payment (hint: it's not $700/month, it's 10 years of your life), and how cutting $1,000/month in fixed costs can shorten your retirement by years.

Supercharge Your Income

The fastest raise you'll ever get is the one you haven't asked for yet. Learn the exact script to negotiate a raise (a $5,000 bump invested for 10 years = $70K+), how to stack skills that make you rare and hard to replace, and how to build side income streams: freelancing, digital products, and content, that compound alongside your salary.

Master Your Money Flow

Pay yourself first, automatically, before you can spend it. The difference between people who build wealth and people who don't isn't willpower, it's system design. Set up your three-bucket account structure, automate your savings, and eliminate the decision fatigue that quietly drains your financial momentum every month.

Invest Like You Mean It

Stop trying to beat the market. You won't, and neither will 90% of professional fund managers. Learn why index funds and ETFs are the boring, reliable engines of real wealth, and how dollar-cost averaging removes your emotions from the equation entirely. Includes the Canadian (Wealthsimple/TFSA/RRSP) and U.S. (Robinhood/401k/Roth IRA) playbooks side by side.

Protect & Optimize

One medical bill without coverage can wipe out years of savings. Know what you actually need (and what you're overpaying for). Covers health insurance gaps, term vs. whole life, the legal deductions most side hustlers miss, and how to avoid the lifestyle creep that silently kills retirement timelines at exactly the wrong moment.

Geo-Arbitrage: The Multiplier

This is where the math gets genuinely exciting. Living on $1,200/month in Southeast Asia is not roughing it: you can rent a modern home, afford fresh food, and pay for a social life. Compared to $4,000/month living like a hermit in the U.S., that gap slashes your retirement number by $840,000 using the 25x rule. We cover the best countries (Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal), real cost benchmarks, visa options, and how to test-drive life abroad before you commit.

Your 10-Year Timeline

A decade broken into three clear phases. Years 1โ€“3: get lean, build your base, establish the habits. Years 4โ€“7: accelerate, max contributions, attack debt, experiment with geo-arbitrage and side income. Years 8โ€“10: lock in your destination, simulate your retirement budget, and bulletproof your exit. You'll finish this lesson knowing exactly what to do in each phase.

Retire & Redefine

Knowing when the numbers work, and actually pulling the trigger, are two different things. Learn to recognize when you're financially ready vs. when fear is keeping you at your desk. Build daily routines that replace the structure of work, find community abroad, and design a retirement life that grows with you rather than collapsing into boredom. This is what the other 8 lessons are building toward.

Questions

I'm already in my 50s. Is this too late?

Absolutely not. The math in this course works at any age. A 55-year-old who cranks their savings rate, slashes their burn rate, and understands geo-arbitrage can retire in a completely different country at 65 or earlier, with a lifestyle that would cost triple at home. The point isn't to be 42 like me. The point is to stop losing years you don't have to lose.

I don't earn much. Can this still work for me?

I retired on under $60K/year of income. A family earning $60K with a 50% savings rate can retire just as fast as a family earning $200K with a 5% savings rate. Income matters far less than savings rate. That's not motivation, it's arithmetic.

Is this about moving to a foreign country forever?

Not necessarily. Geo-arbitrage is a tool, not a requirement. Plenty of students use this course to simply retire earlier at home. But if you're open to the idea โ€” even just 6 months a year abroad โ€” the numbers change dramatically. The course covers both paths.

How is this different from other FIRE content?

Most FIRE content assumes you're a high earner who can just save more. This course is built around real constraints โ€” a teacher's salary, real debt, a late start โ€” and uses geo-arbitrage as the multiplier that makes the math work even when income isn't the lever. It's also 90 minutes, not a 40-hour curriculum.

I already watch your YouTube channel. Will this repeat that content?

The YouTube channel gives you the highlights. This course gives you the complete system in the right order, with the calculators and timelines built in. It's the difference between getting good advice at dinner and having a working plan you can act on tomorrow.

What's the refund policy?

30 days, full refund, no questions. Email me directly at [email protected]. I'd rather you get your money back than feel stuck with something that doesn't serve you.
